A subsidiary of OSI Group, LLC has acquired Park 100 Foods, a custom kettle-cooked food manufacturer based in Tipton, Indiana. Park 100 specializes in sauces, soups, and macaroni and cheese, expanding OSI Group’s product portfolio.
Originally established in 1976 as a producer of breaded meats, Park 100 has grown to offer a range of frozen products including soups, sauces, chili, side dishes, gravies, and macaroni and cheese. With over 600 employees and facilities in Indiana and Texas, Park 100 brings valuable expertise to OSI Group.
The addition of Park 100 aligns with OSI’s business strategy and provides a strong presence in the soup, sauce, and macaroni and cheese markets. Rick Mager, current co-president of Park 100, will lead the company as managing director under the supervision of OSI North America’s leadership. Park 100’s founders will also support the transition and integration process.
