KIND Snacks (KIND) has named Daniel Calderoni as the chief executive officer of KIND North America. With over 20 years of experience leading consumer brands globally, Calderoni will report to Blas Maquivar, Global President of Health and Wellness, Mars Snacking.
As the CEO, Calderoni will be responsible for driving KIND North America towards fulfilling the brand’s mission of creating snacks that taste good, feel good, and do good, while continuing the legacy of promoting a kinder and healthier world.

Previously, Calderoni held the position of general manager at Mars Pet Nutrition in Canada, overseeing the Canadian market for Pet Nutrition and managing brands like PEDIGREE ® and IAMS ®. He also served as the president of emerging markets for Pet Nutrition, supporting their global growth strategy. Prior to Mars, Calderoni worked in marketing roles at Unilever in Brazil, South Africa, and China.
