Coca-Cola and Bacardi have announced their partnership to launch a ready-to-drink cocktail featuring their iconic brands. The new Bacardi Mixed with Coca-Cola RTD cocktail is set to debut in various markets worldwide, starting with Mexico and select European markets in 2025.
This collaboration is part of Coca-Cola’s strategy to expand into the adult beverage category by teaming up with alcohol companies such as Molson Coors, Pernod Ricard, Constellation Brands, and Brown-Forman. By leveraging the popularity of both brands, the companies aim to capitalize on the growing trend of canned cocktails and ready-to-drink beverages.
The new product pays tribute to the Cuba Libre cocktail, which was first created in 1900 using Bacardi rum, Coca-Cola, and lime. With the demand for pre-mixed cocktails on the rise, the Bacardi Mixed with Coca-Cola RTD is poised to tap into this lucrative market and provide consumers with a convenient and high-quality cocktail experience.
