Batory Foods, a national distributor of food and fine ingredients, recently expanded its Wilmington, Ill., facility and unveiled the Batory Foods Innovation Center. On September 12, 2024, a ribbon-cutting event was held, featuring an experiential tour for customers and vendors.
The new 16,000 sq-ft space includes a dedicated upstairs lab area and a blending facility. This expansion significantly boosts the company’s capabilities in applications development, custom blending, and packaging services.
