Clean label products are also gaining popularity across various categories, with more consumers seeking wholesome ingredients, botanical extracts, and plant-based innovations in their food choices.
In response to these evolving consumer preferences, food manufacturers and suppliers are placing an emphasis on clean-label and better-for-you ingredients to cater to the changing market demands.
