GNT USA will showcase at this year’s SupplySide West 2024 how EXBERRY® colors can inspire new product ideas featuring protein powders of the future. GNT welcomes food and beverage formulators to visit Booth #2065 during the event, taking place from Oct. 28-31 in Las Vegas.

Attendees at the booth will have the opportunity to sample three powders, each providing 3-5g of protein per serving and utilizing vibrant EXBERRY® colors to enhance their robust, savory flavor profiles.

The aji amarillo yuzu collagen peptide powder features a bright yellow hue to emphasize its citrusy flavor with a hint of spiciness. The berbere whey protein powder draws inspiration from Ethiopian spices, offering warmth and complexity through a bold red shade indicating its rich flavor profile. The balsamic vinegar and sea salt soy protein powder boasts a luxurious purple color to signify a premium take on the traditional salt and vinegar flavor.

These concepts can be used as finishing seasonings to add functional benefits and trendy flavors to a variety of recipes and food products, from savory snacks to dairy items like yogurt and cottage cheese. They can also be incorporated into meal components like dressings, dips, and sauces for grains, pasta, and salads.
